MEMBERSHIP

The GSAPNA is a local group of Nurse Practitioners who organized over 20 years ago. Our mission is to promote the role of the APRN through leadership, education, community awareness, and advocacy.  We invite all Nurse Practitioners and NP students in the Grand Strand area to join our organization. Membership includes monthly dinner meetings that are designed for education and networking with other local APRNs, opportunities for community advocacy, and involvement in supporting The Coalition for Access to Healthcare. The Coalition is a state wide organization that is responsible for advancement of our privileges in South Carolina.  Dinner meetings are planned for the third Thursday of the month (excluding  September and December).  Membership also includes discounted tickets to our annual CME meeting, Lecture at the Beach, held at the Myrtle Beach Hilton every September.  We also support local and state groups (see Community Support page).
